    What kind of services and facilities do you offer?

    We are a trendy 4 Star serviced apartments, part of the Frasers Hospitality Group: we offer a range of studios and apartments.  We are conveniently located just a few minutes walk from the soaring skyscrapers and corporate headquarters of Canary Wharf, offering the kind of furnished apartments business travellers dream of.  With our choice of Studios, 1-Bedroom and 2-Bedroom Apartments it becomes easy to see why we are reputed as the best London business accommodation provider for short and long term lets.

    How do I get to the hotel?

    Our location couldn’t be more convenient. Boardwalk Place is located across the Barclays tower on Trafalgar Way at the Cartier Circle roundabout. A seven minute walk to the Canary Wharf Underground station and DLR services provides our visitors with access to all parts of London.

    How to reach the hotel from the airport?

    It takes about 60 to 90 minutes by taxi from the various major airports to Fraser Place Canary Wharf London with prices starting from £90. Transport from City Airport take approximately 10 minutes with prices starting from £10.

    You may also use London Underground service (£5.50 single fare ticket) from Heathrow to arrive at Canary Wharf Underground station after a change over stop at Green Park. Various other travel options are available by bus or train from other airport locations to get to Central London.

    Do you provide an internet access?

    We offer free wireless internet access throughout the building and free WiFi connection in our rooms and suites.

    Where can we eat?

    Your accommodation with us provides you with kitchen facilities in your studio/apartment. There is also an ample choice of Restaurants, Bars, Cafés and Snack Bars in the Canary Wharf riverside and shopping mall. For guests  who would rather skip the cooking and prefer to relax in the apartment, having food delivered, our reception team will happily provide with several options

    There are also several grocery shops conveniently located nearby. The Waitrose food & grocery is just a 5 minutes walk from our property.

    Our Marina Cafe is open for refreshments and light snacks 24/7

    How to make the best experience of London?

    London - The heart of England has so much to offer!  Our helpful and knowledgeable reception team would be happy to recommend you the best places to go and the best sights to see. Just pick up one of the many tours, trip or London attractions leaflets in the lobby and our front desk team will gladly assist you in obtaining tickets and information.

    Buckingham Palace, St. Pauls Cathedral, Tower of London, Madame Tussauds, London Eye, to name just a few. All this is available to you. Why not book one of the Open Top Bus tours and take a break?

    When is the check-in time?

    You can check-in from 4.00PM. Early arrival requests are subject to availability. Please let us know if you need an early arrival and our reception team will be happy to assist.

    When is the check-out time?

    Our check-out time is 11.00. Late checkout is subject to availability. Booking of an additonal night is required for guarantee of late check out.

    What time is breakfast served?

    Our Marina Cafe is open for continental breakfast every day from 7AM to 10:30AM.

    Do you have laundry facilities?

    Yes. All our 1 & 2-Bedroom apartments and most all Studios have a combo washer/dryer. At your disposal are also the services of an affiliated external dry cleaning and alterations company. Just use the laundry forms found in your apartment and drop your bagged items with our reception team before 9am for a next day delivery (excludes Weekends).  

    Do you have fitness facilities?

    Yes. It is open 7am to 10.00pm. You can obtain a key to our Gym room from the reception following the completion of the necessary forms.

    Where can I go for shopping?

    The shopping mall at Canary Wharf will leave you staggering with options. From high end boutiques and nationwide known brand shops to electronics, jewellery and household items stores: This quarter of a mile shopping centre has it all- Hugo Boss, Gap, Next, Zara and many more.

    Which type of beds do you have?

    All our units have double beds. In the case of our 2-Bedroom Apartments single beds are provided in the second bedroom. Baby cots are free of charge and subject to availability and available space in your apartment.

    What is your cancellation policy?

    Our cancellation policy depends on the offer which you have selected. In each case, it is explained on our website at the time of booking. If you require any more information, feel free to contact us.

    Where can I find the closest bank, ATM and exchange office?

    There is a Barclays Bank branch on the South Colonnade 3 minutes walk from the property. Other banks Like Lloyds TSB, HSBC and Natwest are also available. Money exchange services are available in 2 of the Post Office branches in Canary Wharf.

    Do you provide newspapers?

    We provide free newspapers in our lobby. We also have a large selection of DVD movies that you can borrow free of charge and enjoy during your stay.

    What is maximum number of people in each apartment type?

    Depending on the category selected, our apartments can accommodate the following amount of people:
    2 pax for Studio;
    2(+2)* pax for 1-Bedroom; 
    4(+2)* pax for 2-Bedroom.
    (*Sharing a fold out sofa bed)

    Do you have Suites and access for persons in wheelchairs?

    We have level wheelchair access throughout the building and disabled washroom facilities in the lobby. However we do not have Apartments equipped for the use of mobility challenged guests.

    Do you accept pets?

    We are sorry but no pets are accepted. Exceptions to this rule are certified guide and assistance dogs while accompanied with a registered visually impaired or otherwise disabled person.

    Do you provide parking and what is the cost?

    Yes. Parking is available at £10 per day; £45 per week; £120 per month.

    Can I leave my luggage if my room is not available?

    Yes you may leave your luggage at the reception if your room is not available.

    What are the reception opening hours?

    Our reception is open 24 hours a day throughout the year.

    Do you provide shuttle service to the airport?

    We do not provide any shuttle service. Local Taxi company airport transfer alternative are available upon request. 

    Do you provide baby cots and the cost?

    Yes, subject to availability. Free of charge for the baby cots.
